Blood Drive Hosted by Seeach Sod

On Tuesday, May 13, 200 girls from various English speaking seminaries flocked to our main headquarters to partake in a blood drive hosted by Seeach Sod. The blood drive, conducted in collaboration with MDA, was a unique portrayal of how Seeach Sod promotes integration while simultaneously encouraging community volunteerism among its clientele. In total, about 85 pints of blood were donated!

Pirchei Seeach Performance

Pirchei Seeach Performs at The Event

Once again the Pirchei Seeach Choir impressed a large English speaking audience at The Event, a networking fair for the Anglo community that took place on August 1 in the International Convention Center in Jerusalem.

Interactive Fair

Amazing Integration Initiative:

Seeach Sod Students Facilitate an Interactive Fair for Children from Regular Schools!

It was a touching image: hundreds of sweet children from regular preschools marching excitedly through the doors of Seeach Sod, the popular special ed. center that turned into a special attraction! The photos of smiling children from the community, clearly having the time of their life interacting with the special students of Seeach Sod, encapsulate the essence of true integration!

Choir Performs at Siyum Hashas!

The Pirchei Seeach Choir was honored to perform before a 10,000–strong audience at the English Siyum HaShas, which took place on August 5th in Binyanei Ha’muah. As the choir got on stage and began singing Carlbach’s classic “Tov L’hodos”, the crowd started singing, dancing and clapping along with avid enthusiasm.

L’Chaim with the Boyaner Rebbe

An emotional L’chaim took place in June in honor of the opening of the new group apartment on Haturim Street. Some of the residents in this apartment belong to Chassidic courts that are located in that area.

Chabad

The Chabad “sheluchim” in Seeach Sod partook in activities at the Chabad Convention that took place in the International Convention Center in honor of 19 Kislev – the day marked in Chabad as “Chag Hageulah”.

Flower Booth at Health Fair

Hundreds of women and children were drawn to Seeach Sod’s booth at the Health Fair and expressed interest in purchasing a plant as a symbol of recognition for the children of Seeach Sod and its staff members, who do such incredible work nurturing their students to grow and blossom. In exchange for buying a plant, participants were given the chance to join the circle of Seeach Sod friends and received a membership card entitling them to partake in Seeach Sod events.
