Many of us start a new year of work with the thoughts of: “Eh. Work. Another year….” But here at Seeach Sod, the goal is to instill in the staff to take personal responsibility and ownership of their work, which result in respect from our students and co-workers.
Rabbi Shimon Levy, CEO of Seeach Sod opened the evening, welcoming back staff who've been working the previous years and welcoming new staff who have joined the Seeach Sod family this year. The Dayan of Belz, Rav Fink, spoke about how children, especially special needs children, feel appreciated when we show them proper attention throughout the day. Respect is given to staff when they portray true responsibility in the classroom. He explained how the children need us and deserve 100% concentration because they solely depend on us; their caretakers. Additionally, the renowned speaker, Mrs. Rivka Zalushinsky, talked about proper work ethics and the importance of confidentiality. Minister of Health, R' Yaakov Litzman briefly wished the staff a year of health and success. The staff were welcomed with a personal packaged gift and a buffet of delicacies to help them ease into a wonderful new year.
