Rabbi Shimon Levy opened both evenings discussing the importance of every person taking their specific job seriously and the importance of every staff members work.
For the men, the guest speaker was Rabbi Pinchas Breier; a famous educator and famous Rabbi. He spoke about the importance of the relationship between staff and their students. He explained how the staff has a huge influence on the students in the manner they are treated and spoken to.
For the women, Shosh Kahana, one of the Social Workers who has worked in Seeach for 40 years, opened the evening. She spoke how in all her years of working here, each year has a freshness and how she tries not to feel her job has become repetitious; every year is its own new year. Afterwards, Maya Landman, a famous educator, spoke on how to speak to the parents of special needs individuals and how to be sensitive to them as well as understand them.
