The visit aimed to deepen understanding and foster familiarity with the world of special education. Minister Kisch, accompanied by his wife and senior officials from the Ministry of Education, including Ms. Inna Zaltsman (Deputy Director-General), Ms. Tami Umansky (Head of the Special Education Division), Rabbi Eliezer Bloch (Regional Supervisor for the Charedi Sector), Ms. Shulamit Arali, and Ms. Efrat Ben-Tzur, as well as senior representatives from the Jerusalem Municipality, including Mr. Eric Wirtzburger (Head of the Education Administration), Ms. Noa Fahima (Special Education Coordinator), and Ms. Batya Shapira (Head of the Special Education Division), toured several Seeach Sod facilities.
Rabbi Shimon Levy, together with the organization’s educational and administrative staff, warmly welcomed the delegation. During the tour, the Seeach Sod team presented a pedagogical exhibition showcasing innovative educational tools developed in-house. Highlights included the organization’s specially adapted Talmud, along with unique textbooks, educational games, and technological advancements designed to meet the needs of the students.
As part of the visit, Minister Kisch and his team met with a parent who shared heartfelt gratitude for the individualized care their child receives at Seeach Sod. The parent expressed satisfaction with the professional team and the tailored educational and therapeutic services offered to every child in the program.
"I was amazed by the level of precision and professionalism," said Minister Kisch. "I’m glad we came to learn about special education at this leading institution. The number of tailored frameworks and the variety of tools and treatments available to meet each child’s unique needs are truly remarkable and deserving of admiration."
The delegation was deeply impressed by what they saw, gaining practical insights and a firsthand understanding of the professional, compassionate approach that defines Seeach Sod. They noted the atmosphere of calm and success, which speaks volumes about the organization’s achievements.
The tour also included a visit to Seeach Sod’s state-of-the-art hydrotherapy pool, located in the Ramat Shlomo center in Jerusalem.
At the conclusion of the visit, Minister Kisch expressed his appreciation to the leadership and professional staff of Seeach Sod, saying, "You have every reason to be proud. I now understand why so many parents compete for a place here."
