Hundreds of residents celebrated the sun-soaked summer days in empowering, accessible experiences within the community. The Kramim housing program's team aims to provide every resident with a summer filled with enriching activities, personal growth, and lasting positive memories, all tailored precisely to the individuals' functional levels and capabilities.
From leisure and learning activities, professional workshops and water and art activities to organized vacations, sleepovers, and trips, the housing system offers a wide variety of opportunities for the residents to explore their hobbies, connect with friends, and embrace the joy of summer.
The group home staff members worked night and day to provide each and every member with the perfect experience over the summer, completely tailored to their individual preferences and hobbies. Residents went out together with their counselors to explore their surroundings, learn about nature, and enjoy the fresh air in various locations.
Activities included trips to parks around the country or various inns, home parties, festive events with renowned artists, outings with the members' families, art and other workshops, and of course, exciting trips to sites around the country.
Rabbi Shimon Levy, CEO of Seeach Sod, shares the summer's secrets: "The summer, as a season of self-discovery and growth, is an opportunity for us to expand all of Seeach Sod's students' and graduates' opportunities and provide them with a summer filled with activities tailored to each and every one of them. We have made it our goal this summer to make everything fully accessible to them so that each of them receives his personal preferences. I am filled with appreciation for the group-home staff members and all the other programs' teams who did not allow themselves a moment of rest. The joy of the students and graduates is theirs. The freedom and enjoyment of the students – it all belongs to them. I wish them tremendous success for the upcoming school year, and applaud their tireless efforts."
