In a large logistics center, with blasting music and a festive atmosphere, a unique team of employees works enthusiastically, packaging consumer product bundles to be delivered to customers at record speed. Part of a pilot program that began in early November, MyBundles Group (2019), a company that produces technological innovations in consumerism supply, began employing workers with special needs to prepare the bundles quickly and efficiently. By 2022, the company intends to reach consumers in all parts of the country.
MyBundles has created a simple and accessible platform that allows private and corporate customers to purchase "bundles" – perfectly customized packages of daily-used consumer products – that are then delivered to their door free of charge within one hour of ordering. Quickly and efficiently preparing these bundles is a team from Seeach Sod's Yecholot employment program.
Meir Sela, CEO of MyBundles, shares: "We are promoting a new way of thinking. We invested tremendous resources into creating advanced technology and into professional and human capital, with the goal of providing consumers with an innovative but simple consumer experience and connecting them directly to leading manufacturers in the market and to the brands we all grew up with, all while ensuring full service and transparency. We are proud of the initiative's social message, as it integrates employees with disabilities who provide efficient and professional output."
Rabbi Shimon Levi, CEO of Seeach Sod: "One of the most significant achievements that can be noted on the International Day for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities is employment integration, which allows every person to achieve maximum quality of life and independence. I welcome the employment of the hundreds of Seeach Sod's Yecholot program members in the market. It is very gratifying to be part of an innovative initiative that brings a new edge to the world of consumerism."
