Before heading out to their vacation, each girl was responsible to independently complete all formal procedures: ask her employer for the days off, and arrange a substitute where necessary.
It was a two-day trip, but packed with activities. A train ride, boat ride, a patriotic program on the hotel lawn and a trip to Ikea, where each girl received 50 shekels in spending money, to which they were able to add of their own money if they wished.
At the hotel, the girls enjoyed spending time with the other vacationers and fully participated in the program, dining room and lobby socializing, and activities.
