A large van, generally used to transport the residents to their workplaces, was magnificently branded and turned into a "Dreams Come True" themed vehicle. The goal was to provide a boutique-style Purim party tailored to each individual home, while promoting two essential values: personal choice and self-advocacy.
The Dreams Come True van carried enthusiastic volunteers, some of whom served as drummers, clowns, makeup artists, and photographers. They drove through the neighborhoods, delivering helium balloons which the group home residents then distributed to the neighborhood children, after which they all piled into the apartments to commence the actual party.
MK Aryeh Deri Joining Seeach Sod's Employment Program's Party in Remote
It's a decades-long tradition, this year celebrated Corona-style.
CEO of Seeach Sod Rabbi Shimon Levy was joined by student representatives in the Minster of Interior's office, with the event aired live to all the students.
Joining from afar in their schools, the students celebrated enthusiastically, prompted by the famous Malchus choir, headed by Pinchas Bichler, with singers Suchi Goldstein, Aharon Razel, Avreimi Moskowitz, Aharale Samet and Mendy Brichta, who all volunteered their time and energies to bring joy to the students.
Additional volunteers from yeshivahs Mir and Ohr Elchanan, clarinetist Shlomo Mintzberg, Radio Kol Chai, and technician Mendy Ohr joined the festivities as well, together with the devoted staff members – directors, coordinators and counselors.

Personalized Mishloach Manos Packages
The group home residents enjoyed a busy week, preparing personalized mishloach manos baskets for their parents and family members. Each resident decided on a theme, purchased the products and then lovingly packaged them.
The group home's neighbors, too, were among the lucky recipients, receiving a custom-made mishloach manos packaged with care.
Purim Party at Yeshivas Otzar HaTorah in Bet Shemesh
Exceptionally Happy Party at the Girls' Yecholot Employment Center
A colorful carnival was held at the Yecholot Girls' Employment Center. The groups passed through the rooms divided into "capsules" (a new COVID-19 term they had all become familiar with over the last year), with each room offering a different exciting activity. Once done, the girls climbed up to the rooftop where they enjoyed an exciting dance, with lively music played by keyboardist Yehuda Shatz and led by singer Aryeh Karlinsky, who volunteered their time and expertise to help bring some fun and relief to the girls after the long and difficult year they had undergone under shadow of the Coronavirus.
