This year's conference was the thirteenth such event, involving management representatives of all the various Seeach Sod programs and frameworks which have grown through the years and provide educational and welfare services to all ages, as well as social workers and educational consultants. Even with the unique constraints of the challenging period, they each presented their program and delved into the founder's vision and principles.
In addition, the managements of the girls' programs convened separately: Tzur Daycare Center; the Eshkol preschools; both branches of Maoz Yerushalayim School; Ashirah School; Yecholot Employment Center; Shoham Day Center; and the women's group home program.
Rabbi Shimon Levy, CEO of Seeach Sod, presented a historic documentation of the founder's work, noting the common denominator in the organization's activities over the years. "From an organization that began with a handful of parents who wanted Haredi education for their children, we have developed into a lighthouse of professionalism that operates in keeping with our traditions and values. Gathering here today are so many dozens of professionals who all direct their hearts and actions to the path of devotion, to providing the very best to those who receive our services. We leave this conference with a deep appreciation for the staff members who worked throughout this challenging time."
Inspired by the CEO's emotional address, the participants decided to present the teaching, counseling and therapy staff members with a show of their appreciation via small conferences for them over the next while.
In the various Seeach Sod programs and frameworks, Mishnayot were reviewed and candles lit in memory of the founder, Rabbi Dov Levy.
