The day after Yom Kippur, 110 girls (!) from Bnos Sara came to visit our girls' high school, Maoz Yerushalim, in Ramot. The girls had a tour of the building, and met with speech and occupational therapists. One highlight of the tour was getting to meet with the horses and the horse therapists, who talked about how these animals can be of help in the development of the special needs population. The girls' next stop was a talk with a Seeach Sod parent, who described what it's like to bring up a special needs child.
Finally, the seminary girls divided up into all of the classrooms to make Sukkah decorations with our girls. The grand finale was all the girls dancing together to Simchas Torah songs.
Thank you so much for coming to visit, Bnos Sara! You brought a smile to our faces and got all of the girls even more excited for Sukkot. We can't wait until your next visit!
