The staff of Oz VeHadar have gone out of their way to welcome these new employees, making them feel comfortable alongside the rest of the staff. The men from Seeach Sod join the other employees for lunch and are invited to all of their family events. In fact, Oz VeHadar takes every opportunity to support them. Rav Chanoch Dranger shlita, the director of Oz VeHadar, has even invited them to his home on many occasions.

Last week, the staff at Oz VeHadar arranged a birthday celebration for one of the men, including refreshments and balloons. A tremendous yasher koach to the amazing people at Oz VeHadar.
