These businesses employ individuals with special needs, under the supervision of Seeach Sod. These men and women do their jobs diligently and responsibly, and all sides are pleased with the results.
The presence of individuals with special needs among the staff contributes greatly to a positive business environment and demonstrates appreciation for the value of communal responsibility and cooperation.
Before Pesach, the Seeach Sod adults participated in the distribution of holiday gifts – as equals among their colleagues.
