The evening's highlight was the participation of Rabbi Shimon Rosenberg, father of Mrs. Rifky Holtzberg Hy"d and his six-year old grandson Moishy Holzberg, who miraculously survived the Mumbai massacre in 2008. In simple, but moving language, Rabbi Rosenberg described their personal miracle of the one flask of oil that had remained intact – their precious Moishy who survived the carnage on that fateful Rosh Chodesh Kislev four years ago. Representatives from the group apartments presented Moishy with a Chanukah gift.

The residents enjoyed an enthralling trivia game, which was broadcasted live on Kol Chai Radio by broadcaster Yoav Dilion. Honor awards were given out to residents who excel in their household chores.  

And of course, let's not forget the vivacious singing and dancing that reflected the joy of all the guests, as they praised Hashem for his miracles.
