About the Program
Shearim Preschool offers a specialized home for learning and therapy during a child’s most critical developmental years. Working closely with families every step of the way, we aim to lay solid foundations that open doors to social connection, personal autonomy, and lifelong independence.
Our children benefit from devoted care and therapies administered by a multidisciplinary team of experts, including special educators, speech therapists, occupational and physical therapists, psychologists, and behavior analysts (ABA/DIR), along with the vital input of a developmental pediatrician and dynamic team of nurses. Together, we map out personalized learning and behavioral paths that draw from the best of DIR (Floortime) and ABA methodologies, keeping a close eye on your child’s natural pace. This daily schedule is enriched with meaningful, engaging activities including music therapy, animal-assisted therapy, sensory-motor training, puppet shows and developmental drama.
One of our core beliefs is that a child and family are a single, inseparable unit, which is why we insist that parents serve as active partners in the process and stay connected through daily logs, parent-teacher conferences, and guided observation sessions. Shearim stands by families outside the classroom, as well, offering personal guidance navigating public services, dyadic (parent-child) therapy to strengthen bonding, and a range of support groups for mothers. All the above takes place inside our beautiful, modern campus, which is equipped with a Snoezelen room, hydrotherapy pool, therapeutic park, and dedicated Floortime spaces—giving your child everything they need to reach their full potential.

This allows us to track your child’s development and update his or her personalized intervention plan accordingly.
Question: Does the school help families handle authorities and bureaucracy?
Absolutely. We firmly believe that parents should never have to navigate this journey alone. Shearim pairs families with dedicated, professional consultants who offer step-by-step guidance handling public and municipal authorities, and deliver informative workshops, support groups, and dyadic therapies.
