About the Program
B’Shearayich opens new horizons and unlocks successful futures for girls and young women from frum homes navigating communication and social spectrum profiles. As a traditional Bais Yaakov school, we embrace each student in Torah values while providing a sophisticated educational and clinical setting that empowers her to surmount her distinct challenges. Our elite multidisciplinary faculty incorporates the renowned D.O.R.M. methodology via our custom “Traffic Light Model,” a proven behavioral system that grants students practical, real-world tools to master sensory regulation, personal accountability, and healthy interpersonal relationships.
Our beautiful, modern campus features workshop rooms, computer labs, and a hydrotherapy pool. Our overarching goal is to empower every student to realize her full potential. Learning takes place in a warm, supportive environment, where we prioritize social-emotional learning (SEL) and self-awareness, utilizing spiral social training modules that adapt dynamically to each girl’s unfolding capabilities.
B’Shearayich’s academic curriculum encompasses both limudei kodesh and general studies, and in the older grades, integrates vocational tracks, and independent-living skills. As an integral part of our vision of guiding our students to adapt to regular society, we coordinate joint programs and partnerships with mainstream Bais Yaakovs, creating a natural social bridge through combined events, community volunteerism, and individual mainstreaming opportunities.
Above all, we believe that every student’s success is, first and foremost, rooted at home. Our specialized Legadlam Family Center provides parents with continuous professional guidance, clinical workshops, and support groups to create a close line of communication between school and the home.
Our blend of professional excellence and heartfelt care provides a bridge to the future. At B’Shearayich, we guide every young woman to pave her own path toward personal independence, meaningful growth, and true integration within her family and community.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which clinical methodology do you use to guide social and emotional behavior?
We utilize our specialized Traffic Light Model, which is built upon the professional D.O.R.M. methodology. This system establishes healthy boundaries, aids sensory processing, and teaches students to self-regulate, while practicing adaptive communication.
Do students in B’Shearayich interact with peers in mainstream schools?
Community inclusion is one of the foundational pillars of B’shearayich. We arrange ongoing, joint programs with mainstream Bais Yaakov schools and the Batya girls’ youth movement. For students who demonstrate readiness, we create individualized mainstreaming plans to integrate them directly into standard classrooms for specific subjects.
