The staff at Seeach Sod are treasured. The organization makes sure that they see that their hard work is appreciated and their efforts are recognized.
Seeach Sod sent 90 female staff members, all of whom have worked at Seeach Sod for 5 years or more, to a three- day get away at Kubbutz Chofitz Chaim. The retreat began with an inspirational speech by the CEO, Rabbi Simon Levy, where he said …קווי ה’ יחליפו כח” ” –which is roughly understood as- In order to have the strength to carry on working, one needs a break! The trip included many activities, such as visiting the Ashdod beach, entertainment, a drum class, inspirational speeches, a BBQ, ODT (Out Door Training) activities such as roping etc., great food and a lot of fun! The retreat gives the staff a change of scenery, as well as a deserved hiatus from their habitual routine, a chance to rejuvenate as well as the ability to get to know each other better.
For these 90 women, June 14, 15 and 16th were certainly days of relaxation!
