Receive updates from Seeach Sod
Representatives of Yeshivas Otzar Yerushalayim, the Ma’as (Vocational Center) and Kollel Chazon Dov paid a nichum aveilim call to the family members of Harav Ovadia Yosef zt”l.
The Otzar Yerushalayim students showed pictures of Harav Ovadia testing them on their learning. Chazzan Menachem, who represented Kollel Chazon Dov, recited a chapter of Tehillim in memory of the tzaddik and Asaf, who works at the Ma’as, moved all those present when he communicated via sign language that he and his friends had prayed for the Rav’s recovery and that he will surely serve as a worthy advocate on their behalf up in Shamayim.
Just hours before the Rav’s passing, Seeach Sod held a prayer gathering in Kollel Chazon Dov for all its older students and Ma’as members. The boys prayed fervently, some even shedding tears, on behalf of the Rav’s well-being.
May the great tzaddik indeed serve as worthy advocate on our behalf and may we merit seeing the redemption speedily in our days!
