The theme this year at Talmud Torah Otzar Yerushalayim is “Road Safety – Go Safely!” The students are learning about road safety, avoiding dangers, proper behavior around traffic, and other important topics.
The road safety rules are also applied to classroom conduct. For example: “Stop! Think before you act.” “Do not enter – Talk only to people you know!”
Each class chose two rules and hung them in their classroom.
To get students and their parents into the spirit, safety signs and slogans were hung at the school entrance during parent-teacher conferences. The decorations were created by dedicated teacher Mrs. Shuli Sasson.
To top it all off, the staff produced a special sticker album with the help of our graphic designer. This album will help students review the safety rules in an interactive and fun manner, as they exchange stickers and earn them as rewards.
